KRG Produces for Its Clients

With over two decades of consistently producing positive results for its clients, KRG's proven methods and unmatched skill sets will take your product wherever you wish, regardless of its stage of development.  The KRG team hits the ground running, knows what questions to ask, and executes at the highest level.

Designed, developed, launched, and operated the world's most advanced automated pizza kitchen

  • Inspired by the client's vision and napkin sketch, KRG managed the ideation, design, and development of the kiosk, iterating the design through prototype units, conducting pilot tests, and scaling for production manufacturing.

  • Engineered the kiosk's hardware, mechatronics, electrical & control system, and all software.  Kiosk included innovative proprietary speed oven, designed to cook pizzas in < 3 minutes.

  • Coordinated and managed the launch of production units in the field, including site selection, customer negotiations, and field operations for site start-up, ongoing replenishment and maintenance.

  • Designed and implemented network operating center to centralize monitoring of kiosk heartbeats, and to ensure rapid identification of issues and coordinate resolution of them.

  • Navigated the safety and sanitation certification process, culminating in the first kiosk of its kind to be certified to UL and NSF standards.

  • Managed intellectual property process to secure US patent and pending international patents.

  • Built full pizza development team including subject matter and food science experts, product manufacturing team, and cold-storage supply chain capability.

  • Led consumer experience, research, and reporting efforts including real-time dashboarding, automating workflow queues, focus groups, and expansive surveying.

Re-designed and launched a full service pharmaceutical dispensing kiosk while expanding to cannabis

  • Repurposed an alpha stage tele-pharmacy concept.

  • Performed expansive market research, evaluating multiple additional subchannels within and outside pharmacy. Identified new, high value opportunities.

  • Solved multiple intractable robotics engineering challenges. Re-designed critical functions to meet or exceed stringent regulatory requirements in both pharmacy and cannabis for multiple states.

  • Production/regulatory/launch/operation. Identified and led OEM selection, managed contract manufacturer. Built proprietary software, including backend, UI/UX and connections to required prescription validation platforms and METRC.

  • Initiated and completed the first ever approval of a cannabis dispensing machine through a State regulatory body.

  • Launched beta unit in test environment, successfully completing thousands of transactions.
